Returns

We are happy to accept returns of any unused items in sellable condition received within 30 days of original purchase. We will gladly issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges.

** Orders that received free shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from their return amount. **

** Returns may be subject to as 15% restocking fee. All returned machines will be charged a 15% restocking fee. **

Defective machines need to be addressed with the machine manufacturer. We can not accept returns on machines that have been used.

We do not exchange products. We have found it most efficient to have you return unwanted items and place a new order for the items you do want.
